    I wanted a quicky desert to make for my guests that used easy ingredients to find at a local grocery store. I found a recipe on Pinterest from MotherThyme. I tweaked mine to make it a tad bit healthier. Of course, feel free to alter the recipe yourself.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 20 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple – undrained
    • 1 cup Low Fat or Non Fat Sour Cream
    • 1 3.4 oz box of Sugarfree Vanilla Pudding or use 3 (1 oz) boxes
    • 1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
    • Cool Whip (Thawed)

    Instructions
     

    • Place crushed pineapples including the juice in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and pudding.  Mix all the ingredients together and transfer them into the pie crust.
    • Chill for 2 hours and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip!

      My kid doesn’t like sour cream or yourgat,can I substitute something else for those?

        You could use milk or cream cheese but honestly I have not tried substituting them myself.
