Who cares if this isn’t a Fall Recipe with the shades of yellow, orange, and brown.  It’s all about the greens which is a motto for the color of money!  I’m playing!

A lovely Tootz wanted this recipe because she subscribed to my NaughtyLetter and saw my Instagram post and mentioned that I never posted this Quick and Easy Jalapeno Avocado Aioli recipe.  This one is for you Tootz!

Sorry for the lack of pictures.  This was just a regular Instagram post showing my Curry Fries with this last minute spread and a delicious Seduction Sandwich.  My Oven Roasted Red Potatoe Wedges would be perfect with this Jalapeno Avocado Aioli dip!  You may want to spread it inside these Bagels for a delicious breakfast sandwich too.

There are 2 recommended methods to create this Aioli:

    1. Mash the avocado and mix all the ingredients in a small bowl
    2. Bust out your Nutribullet or high tech blender and blend everything!

In my opinion, just mash the avocado inside it’s skin and mix all the ingredients.  This will save you some time with washing dishes.  Plus, it looks sorta fancy LOL.
