HOW TO MAKE THE SPICY ORANGE GLAZE FOR THE SALMON
This is a pretty easy glaze using a few ingredients. You’ll need a medium sized orange, freshly squeezed. I also added orange juice (from the gallon).
I pretty much mixed everything in the measuring cup. With a glazing brush, brush both salmons with the spicy orange glaze and well coat it.
Return back to the oven and bake for another 12-15 mins.
When salmon is done, pour the remaining glaze on top before serving.
HOW TO STORE SPICY ORANGE GLAZED SALMON
Store the leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
HOW TO REHEAT
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the salmon in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil to prevent drying, and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Place the salmon on a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture, and heat in 30-second intervals until warmed to your liking.
Stovetop: Reheat in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, turning occasionally until warmed evenly.
