HOW TO MAKE CRISPY VEGGIE CREAM EGG ROLLS
Step 1: Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together crumbled plant-based patties, garden vegetable cream cheese, grilled onions, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.
Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls
- Lay down a sheet of parchment paper.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on the parchment, add 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides in, roll tightly, and seal the edges with a little water.
Step 3: Prepare the Air Fryer
- Mist a new sheet of parchment paper with oil and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Arrange the egg rolls seam side down with space in between.
- Lightly mist the tops of the egg rolls with oil.
Step 4: Air Fry

- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip the egg rolls over, mist again, and air fry for another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 5: Serve
Let them cool slightly and serve with Filipino Garlic Vinegar sauce for dipping.
